Who We Are
From Inspections to Full-Service Management
Risk Control Management & Inspections — RCMI — was founded in 2013 in Big Canoe, Georgia. We started as a property inspection and risk control firm, helping homeowners and businesses identify and mitigate property risks across the North Georgia mountains.
As the short-term rental market exploded in our region, we saw a recurring problem: vacation rental owners were leaving money on the table, dealing with property damage, and struggling with unreliable management companies that lacked the inspection discipline to protect their investments.
So in 2016, we expanded into full-service short-term rental management — bringing our inspection-grade standards to every aspect of property care. Today, we manage over 150 properties across six North Georgia communities, and our owners consistently outperform the market.

A North Georgia native with over 15 years in risk control and property inspections, Robert founded RCMI after seeing firsthand how poorly managed vacation rentals hurt both owners and guests. He built RCMI on the principle that inspection-grade accountability should be the foundation of every property management relationship.

Director of Operations
